Information you provide
The contact and volunteer forms ask for your name, email address, and message. The volunteer form also asks you to select an area of interest. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about children or other vulnerable people.
How form submissions work
Forms are designed to send your enquiry to the foundation through its configured email service. If that service is not configured, or delivery fails, the website reports that the message was not sent. The website does not intentionally save form submissions to a database. Before launch, the foundation should verify the hosting provider's request-log and retention settings.
Purpose and access
If delivered, your information is used to respond to your enquiry and is accessible to the people managing the configured recipient inbox and email service. The foundation should define and follow a retention period for messages in that inbox.
Cookies and analytics
This website has no analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking integrations configured. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the site; its applicable privacy terms should be reviewed before deployment.
